"It's unfortunate that Ludlow no longer exists and that they merged the two stores together. The men's suit buying experience has really gone downhill. No staff is dedicated to helping people buy suits. No measurements are taken, and it just seems like overall the staff just doesn't care as much as they did at Ludlow. Very sad."

"I've bought two suits from the Ludlow shop in Copley. I received excellent service both times, but most recently the staff went above and beyond. I had a number of alterations done to my most recent suit and the staff did the work with enthusiasm. They really take pleasure in knowing a customer feels good in the suit they buy here."
