"It's unfortunate that Ludlow no longer exists and that they merged the two stores together. The men's suit buying experience has really gone downhill. No staff is dedicated to helping people buy suits. No measurements are taken, and it just seems like overall the staff just doesn't care as much as they did at Ludlow. Very sad."
