"The folks at Trek Bicycle Warwick have been very helpful a number of times providing help with bicycle repairs and maintenance that may be more technical than I am prepared for or repairs that require special bike tools which I haven't invested in. As a person who doesn't own a car, and gets around mostly by bicycle it's nice to know there's a local bike shop that has my back. Again, I do a lot of my bicycle maintenance myself--But these folks are at another level than most anybody in the general public. So I trust them. I am also learning about bike maintenance in bits and drabs from the shop workers there. Each time I come in I try to ask a question or two, and there is always a helpful bit of advice, they are patient and listen well to questions that require technical detail and answer so you can understand.
