"It took them 4 times to fix my bumper and I finally got it back after a month with a screw in the edge of the tire that will have to replace and scratches on my window. The first time I went to pick up my Model 3, I noticed large panel gaps, scratches and misalignments on my fronk. I told them about it and they took the car back to correct the mistakes. A week later I went to get my car back after hours and noticed that the panel gaps were not addressed, the fronk was still miss aligned and a grease stain on the interior cloth. Because it was after hours I had to take my car back and contacted them with photos of all the issues. They finally got back to me and told me to bring it back in, which I did. They kept it for a few days and i got a loaner. The third time i went to pick up my car, i noticed the grease hand prints on the fronk, scratches on the back window, still miss alignments of the front panels, the grease stain in the interior. I had to go to them for the fourth time and showed someone all of the issues they kept neglected to touch. They took it in again and fixed the panel gaps and the grease stain in the interior. For the stretches on my back window and screw in my tire, they basically said tough luck. They denied that they caused the window scratch ran over the screw, even though the car had been in their position. Tdlr: they have no quality control, inexperienced workers, terrible communication with their own team members and terrible customer service."

"I had a pretty much flawless experience at Tesla Collision. Somebody hit my read bumper and took some paint off, and their insurance was covering the repair. The guy I worked with (Dima) was great, the work was done ahead of schedule. They had originally quoted me 3 weeks (which seemed like a lot for a simple bumper scratch) but the work was done in a week. To my eyes the car looks as good as new after the work was done. They also gave me a free charge. I was a bit worried after reading some of the bad Google Reviews but maybe they've improved over time because I have absolutely no complaints."

"I worked with Pedro, he was awesome. Pedro set near perfect expectations with regards to timelines and estimated cost. I live ~ 4 hours from this collision center and already had a trip planned to Boston before my appointment drop-off date. Pedro and team allowed me to drop the car off early saving me an extra 4 hour drive. He was very communicative throughout the entire process. The car looked like new after the repair. He even made sure my car was charged when I picked it up without even asking. The only downside to this experience had everything to do with Tesla and nothing to do with the shop (the way the car is designed caused for a pricey repair ... new rocker panel)"

"Was sideswiped. Brought it here. Had some issues with insurance, such as actually getting a car. They graciously loaned me one until insurance got figured out. There were some other hiccups, which they immediately addressed. I was impressed with the manager. He was hands on making sure he could alleviate any potential issues should they arise."

They did an amazing job and the car looks like as if nothing ever happened to it. I would highly recommend going to Tesla collision instead of third-party collision centers for seemless service and great quality."
