"We had our mini splits with heat pumps installed as part of the Mass Save process. We chose Balanced HVAC based on positive comments regarding them on Facebook. After we called them, they helped us with the loan application process through Mass Save and our local bank. They told me who to contact and provided documentation to me to give to the loan approval person. This was very helpful. Balanced HVAC initially came out to our house and reviewed our needs regarding the number of mini splits needed and placement. They came out 2 days ago with a crew of highly efficient technicians who seemed to work great as a collective unit and installed the mini splits and the main outside unit in the locations we desired. Yesterday, one technician came out to finish up the connections and after that the electricians came out to connect the units to a new circuit breaker. Balanced HVAC also are the ones who provided the Electricians and their price was included in the total invoice. The electricians were also very helpful and professional. Balanced HVAC and the electrician both explained how to operate the mini splits. The next process needed to be done is to get our rebate from Mass Save. Balanced HVAC has told me they will also help me accomplish this. All in all, I would highly recommend Balanced HVAC."

"I give them a 4.9. The clean up could have been better and the Electrician could have done a better job zip tying the wires. That being said I am an insane perfectionist. I had a Heat Pump installed and I highly recommend Balance HVAC. Very smooth from start to finish. I love the system installed and look forward to the $10,000 rebate which they took care of."
