Had wonderful conversation about sewing machines as he checked out our old singer machine and told us about likely repair options. He gave an estimate on what likely would require an old Replacement motor. Fixed the machine in less than 2 weeks and the charge was less than what was quoted. Today we should all think about fixing old quality machines rather than tossing it in a landfill. He saved a family sentimental machine for us. And Phil is you guy if you have an older singer. Phil Knows his sewing machines. This make him a valuable resource to our community."

He specializes in old and vintage mechanical machines of any brand, not just Singers (including treadles). He also has quite a large inventory of vintage machines for sale and ready to go, as well as parts. It will be a sad day when he’s no longer here; not too many other guys around who can fix the wonderful old all-metal machines."
