"I dropped my cell phone on concrete and it went haywire. I thought I was going to have to buy a new cell phone for a nauseating amount of money. I was in East Boston and decided to google "cell phone fix" just to see if on a wing and a prayer I could find a place check it out and see if it could be fixed (it was going nuts - was calling emergency on its own, random people... the screen was a mess and I could not shut it off.) I walked in and Sebastian, Andy, and Sevilia greeted me with a smile - Andy took my phone and said "it's the screen, it's cracked - 10 minutes." I did not believe him. Ten minutes later, my cell phone was like new. And they threw in a protective cover on the house. It cost me NOTHING compared to a new phone. They smiled, were incredibly kind. I would drive all the way to East Boston (from Sharon, MA) to use them again. Amazing people, amazing business. FIVE star operation."

"This place is pretty good when it comes to basic stuff like accessories and other things that you need as well as selling your devices..The morning staff we’re very pleasant and helpful. I do not recommend coming here for water damage. If you have an iPhone 13 and up or even a 12 he will charge you $350 which is outrageous .go to the Apple store. Their prices are better $225 or less for mine..It’s much cheaper than this or look around elsewhere, Apple can accommodate you if your warranty is even a couple weeks expired and they will do it for free like they did mine! just trying to save people money and time I got my water damage fixed for free at Apple. I would’ve wasted $350 here if I didn’t look around be sure to look around! If you’re in the warranty or have AppleCare, you can get your screen fixed for free of charge or little money ."
