"Make sure they know what they are doing!!!!! Took my Audi there, was told and shown that the belly plate nuts were stripped; therefore, they could not change the oil. Went to Cape Audi , said there was no problems , except for a couple of nuts missing???? However, was informed that the oil is changed from above in newer cars (2019). And to top it off, tried calling there to inform them and their phone doesn’t work either. Surprise, surprise! Oh, and it was less expensive at the dealership, plus a free car wash!"
