I will continue to recommend them to people who need appliance repair. Sometimes an appliance is better replaced than spending money repairing and they are honest with you about that. This time they ordered a part without complication and when it arrived they scheduled the install right away!"
"I wish I could review the service but I set up 2 separate appointments and never received any. The first they cancelled the day of due to a family matter with the driver which I was totally understanding about. But they only service my town once a week and I was out of town for the next two Tuesdays so I had to reschedule a few weeks out. That day came and I called to make sure they were still coming and they had NO record of the appointment. This was at 9:30 AM and she told me the driver already LEFT my town. I asked if she even remembered having the discussion of rescheduling due to the situation with the drivers family and she said vaguely. There was ZERO attempt at reconciling the problem I was told to wait another week. Not for nothing but Id already been without my dryer for over a month and wouldn't be able to reschedule for another few weeks given they only come here once a week. If there was even a remote "Im sorry" or ANY attempt to help I wouldn't even be writing this. I find it hard to believe the driver already left town at 9:30 or that he was too far away to return.... I think this qualifies as poor service."
