"It’s not the worst gas station but its nickname is MurderMart and I’ve been going there for years now and no one has killed me yet. 5 stars and a sad face."
"Awful to try to get in or out to get gas. Only stopped by here to put some in because I was in need of fuel. Prices are usually pretty high as well."
"Lost a customer. Would have filled our gas tank if they had not denied restroom access to my toddler. I can understand keeping a restroom locked or reserving for customers only but a flat out no to a small desperate child? I'll take my business elsewhere."
"The big apple store in Portland Maine at 2 park St took a BITE out of there customer on Sunday morning at 930 am. They towed me within 35 to 45 minutes of parking (in an unmarked parking spot that I have time stamped pictures of) $150.00 lost 2 hours of work $25 an hour to get my vehicle back (I didn't want to get Gas there anymore) 4 days later still losing sleep over it. I called the district manager 2 days ago still heard nothing (she knew nothing about it) hoping that posting on Facebook will get to someone that can fix this. What bothers me the most is that I'm a reward member have been for a few years but I've been a customer to the big apple in gray for 20 years I but all my gas (average person is I believe $2,238.00 in gas per year ) I but chips, candy, alcohol (we all know how much that cost) and waters, oh and redbull. In the past 5 months I have 15,300 points ( I'm a pretty good customer) unfortunately I am going to have to boycott them until I feel resolution. If no resolution I want to hear from all other stations on what you have to offer. Mobil, bp, exxon, Cumberland farms. I have a lot to offer. Please share this post so it can get to someone that can do something about it. ( P.S. In my opinion)"
