"My experience with Creation Iron Design was excellent. Mario responded promptly to my request for an estimate (to repair our two fire escapes), and we agreed on a time for him to come over later that week. He called to tell me he was running a little late (just 15 minutes) which I appreciated. When he arrived he was courteous and professional and said that he would email the estimate either that same day or the next. I received the estimate that evening and it was competitive with previous quotes from other companies. This was good, but what sealed the decision for me were his references. I had asked for references, to which Mario responded readily with three names. No other company was able to supply me with even one local reference. I spoke with each, and on the basis of their glowing recommendations, signed the contract and we agreed on a starting date. The workmen were punctual, polite and hard working - and completed the job a day ahead of schedule. I am very pleased with the company’s work, as well as the entire interaction, and would most definitely recommend Creation Iron Design."
