Nice polite a gentleman name Cedric or Ced promise to make changes 90 days on our credit report. this gentleman promised me and my-husband changes will be guarantee seein changes on the report 90 days So me my Husband signed up discounts $100 credit which made $ 89 each after collected are money in separate payments within 30 days no changes on Credit. ced said it take 45 days so l paid second payment one whole in including discount. $186 dollars for 2 people me my husband these ppl tried taking another payment without my permission .go behind' my back at 630 am ...But my Bank card wouldn't not allow them ...because my bank notice a payment were Already made to company so l call ced the person l been talking to the gentleman that signed me up then he Decided transfer to a new guy some kind management business name Milton. Which l don't have any business relationship with he told me they suspended my account and applied my payment on my husband in his account instead of removing my portion and applying were it belong.. in my account . This Gentleman told me if l pay another $39 to reinstate my account . Then next month my account would be spilt back $86 dollars . I wasn't late or anything it was me and my husband payments made together at one time . . My Husband don't feel comfortable giving any credit card payments now over the. Phone because soon we not lokin they taking mom money ."

"I’m extremely frustrated. Victor told me if I had any questions to contact him. I’ve texted him on the 8 th of November. After the first Batch of disputes went out back in September. Since then none of my texts have been returned. I have no idea what is being sent out on my behalf no communication except my checking account is being debited for $212.00 a month. "Horrible bunch of liars. Tried to take money out my account four times this morning. My bank got them down as frauds you would not get a dime of my money. I’ve been through this the second time with a creditor people just lie they don’t take anything off your credit."

"You will be better off using a company like Lexington Law or somebody with a better HR department…when I was getting started( before the initial payment) I would get calls everyday checking on the status seeing if I’m still interested the moment I signed all the way up and they received their money I couldn’t get a hold of anyone. They didn’t even give me any log in credentials to follow their progress. I still proceeded giving them the benefit of doubt that since I paid even though I didn’t have the credentials to log into their site yet that somebody was still working on my account WRONG! A month went by and still nothing and they charged my account again for the re accruing payment which was more than what I signed up for so I called my representative (Gema) only to never here from her again. I called the customer service number on their website and guess what it’s not active. I had to call as an inspiring customer in order to get someone back on the line by calling from a different number! So I called asking for a refund and was told it’s no refunds but we will gladly close the account. This company is not worth the headache"
