"I was in the middle of an important project for a granddaughter and I got the thread stuck, really stuck in the tension wheel. Off to Barbara’s know I probably wouldn’t get it back in time to finish my project, and we chatted, she is so sweet and understood …she said she’d call me when it was unstuck and cleaned…you guessed it, all set the next day, the very next day…I picked it up, it ran like new and I was able to finish my granddaughter Christmas present so I could leave it here in MA and not have to risk losing it in the mail by shipping around the holidays. "I found this place online and decided to try it on the basis of the one review. It was a wonderful place to get your machine fixed. I took my serger and had it back in perfect working order in 2 days. I have used other sewing machine repair shops over the years but have never had such speedy service from someone who really knows what he is doing. They are a small home based shop and even sell parts for old treadle machines. They don't repair computerized machines however. I couldn't be more pleased and the cost was very reasonable."
