"Called for service in the morning and the very pleasant staff person told me I could make an appointment and/or go on the queue line and if a tech was available they would give me 45 minutes notice. That afternoon I received a call saying that a tech was available and could he come over. Absolutely unbelievable because of the time of year (winter) and he arrived on time. Remi accompanied by Matt asked what my problem was and a few other questions for clarification. Then I took him downstairs to the furnace and he diagnosed the problem, explained to me what he had to do and why. He and Matt were very pleasant, very professional, cleaned the furnace and cleaned up after they were done. Furnace is working and we are very satisfied by the workers and the company. 5 star rating all around."

"Great service, their employees were attentive and polite. They originally came to service my water softener system. Due to product issues, no fault of their own, the tank on the system had to be replaced. A replacement tank was brought to my house however, that too was faulty. Arrangements were made for s second replacement tank to be brought to my house and installed. They remained on scene until the job was completed. Thanks guys, great customer service."

"Arrived at my home with a water heater disaster and the gas company pinning my gas services after a decision to change the meter despite an appointment set for this week. The technician was AMAZING- found all of the issues and resolved- including guiding me to call the gas company to have them come and unlocked my gas flow. No hot water, no heat turned into a great day two with everything working! On time, talented and caring!!!"

Your representative Jonathan was a pleasure to work with. Although the heating (noise) issue could not be resolved, he was knowledgeable, respectful, and very nice. Despite the outcome, he made an effort to address the matter, and offered his professional and honest opinion. Jonathan was a great representative, and should be commended.
