"Recently had Cape Appliance Repair over to fix our refrigerator. They were able to fix one issue. But when the second issue we called for was not able to be fixed, they fully refunded us for the part ordered that did not work. Classy!"

"spent 1 minute max in the home, if that. came in, told me i needed a new stove because the burners weren’t getting hot and it wouldn’t be worth replacing the burner/mechanism. barely looked at the stove just turned it on, said “you need a new stove” then left, acted annoyed when i tried to ask questions. this cost over 100$. later they scheduled bringing me a stove without so much as giving me a catalogue or a chance to pick one so i cancelled to look into it further. turns out the outlet was very visibly the issue, and was a huge fire hazard. this issue should’ve been diagnosed on first call but they are just trying to sell you new appliances."

"Many accolades to Cape Appliance! My 3 year old LG fridge had its compressor stop working. After calling LG service and being told it's not under warranty (it has a 5 yr warranty), LG scheduled one of their service techs to come out and take a look. They then cancelled at midnight the night before they were supposed to come out. I then wound up calling around to local techs in the area and Cape Appliance was the second company I called. Spoke to Kristie on the phone and she actually took the ball and ran with it, calling LG and actually being the primary force in calling LG multiple times on my behalf over several days to get the service call and subsequent repair covered under warranty. Once that happened, a service call was promptly scheduled and Paulo came out, replaced the compressor, had to come back the following day to re-replace the compressor (LG sent them the wrong one and had the wrong part listed for this specific model). He was awesome, personable, got both jobs done within 1.5 hours. This was hands down the best level of service I have ever had from any service call out to my house. *Side note, don't purchase LG products that will require service. Your headache will increase exponentially when that repair is needed."

"Recently my washing machine broke down. I called the office and the nice young woman made an appt for me within two days. She also advised that I do a “reset” in case that would work. Unfortunately it didn’t but it could have saved me a service call. When the tech arrived he was very knowledgeable and advised that it wasn’t worth repairing. Again saving me from a costly repair. Will definitely call them again if I have any appliance problems."

Chris the technician arrived bang on time, diagnosed the fault, and despite the need for a part that was not available they kindly were able to source the part from their network. Happy to report a working ice machine! Thought the pricing and communication was excellent!"
