"Recently bought a 2021 Gladiator from these folks. Excellent experience start to finish, and really attentive, personable staff... Christie, Justin, Emma and Mark are top notch. I didn't meet the individuals who serviced my car before delivery, but the vehicle's presentation exceeded my expectations."
"I had a pleasant experience purchasing my car here. Everyone was nice. Mike my client advisor was amazing. I went on a Monday my car was ready to go before the end of the week."
"I have to say the two out three times at the dealership was not a good experience. The sales person was horrible , but I purchased the 2019 XC60 anyway because I loved it. I brought the car in for an oil change and that was great. The third time was when the sunroof drain was clogged causing water to collect in the frame. When I brought the car in for my scheduled appointment, the service department did not have a loaner vehicle for me, nor did they attempt to get one for me. The car ended up being totaled from water damage. No one in the service department was helpful. Most questions I asked were answered with “I don’t know”. Volvo did not acknowledge the design problem that has been plaguing this brand for many years. I will never buy a Volvo again."
"We have purchased 7 Volvos from the same dealer in Rhode Island. We love Volvos and have never had any issues. For my next car, I have a very particular one in mind. My usual dealer told me this car is rare and is going to be hard to find. Volvo of Plymouth just so happened to have this exact car on the lot. My dealer suggested to find out more information and if I did like it, to move forward with purchasing it through them since they have no idea when another one would come around. I called the dealership and left a message for sales to request some more information since the posting was a little lacking (no pictures or description). Nobody ever returned my phone call. A couple days went by and I followed up on my phone call. I was able to speak with someone and get all my questions answered. After having my some time to think it over, I wanted to test drive the car. I called and set up an appointment for a few days later. The day before, I received a call to confirm my appointment and I confirmed. 30 minutes before my appointment I received another confirmation phone call and I did confirm. Well I showed up to my appointment and I was a little stunned. The car was not ready. The car wouldn’t start. The key battery was dead. The car had absolutely no gas (dashboard literally said 0 miles left). The shop had not yet serviced the car. I was a little surprised considering this was not a walk in test drive, I made an appointment and they were expecting me. They did call and confirm twice. This is supposed to be a luxury vehicle and it was definitely not a luxury experience. I felt very pressured and uncomfortable. They also seemed very hesitant to want to certify this car. This car was originally purchased from them 3 years ago and traded back to them with only 1 owner, 50k miles, and has been only serviced there. Not sure what the big deal was. You should be willing to stand behind your products and work. My usual dealer has always certified all preowned cars upfront so this just seemed very shady to me. Definitely felt as if the salesman was hiding something. I walked away from the car due to how I was treated and the employees definitely seemed to be hiding something. The car is still on the lot over a month later with some price reductions. Volvo of Plymouth will never get my business back after the way I was treated. Be careful."
"Friendly and efficient service. They really listened to my needs for my car and did an excellent job right down to refinishing my damaged tire rim. The service center and dealership were modern and spotless. Great attention to detail by the service manager and service staff. Lucky to have such a great service department so close to me."
