"STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY, STAY AWAY Had this shop repair my car as an insurance claim when somebody bumped into me. The shop did not follow what the insurance company approved and held my car hostage until I paid the difference between what the insurance company approved and what the shop felt they had the right to demand. The shop knew exactly what the Insurance company approved in terms of work and cost but never told me they performed anything on top of that until I was going to pick up my car. They even tried to cover it and told me that I had to pay the full cost to them and then get reimbursement from the Insurance company. Trying to get their money and leaving me to understand afterwards that the insurance would not cover the full cost. Not the way to do business! BAD BAD BAD"
