He identified that the issue with weak dryer performance goes beyond vent cleaning; we need to adjust the dryer vent line itself to prevent further issues. He explained how to adjust this ourselves, as opposed to paying a company to do so. He also checked the outflow of air, which confirmed the need to fix this issue now. He didn't charge for the visit and also offered to come back to inspect the line once the repair is made, also at no charge. Bryan is extremely honest and truly cares about his work and his customers. I definitely recommend him and his company for any related services or inspections.
