"Hyde Park Location: I just went there to get my phone fixed. Google said they were open so when I went inside, the clerk said they wouldn’t be open for another 6 months. I’m not sure why they would have an open sign on the door, as well as having google say they are open. Just really inconvenient. Maybe when they open we can try again for a better review."

"I randomly searched for a wireless repair store and chose this one to fix my phone. I had visited another store in NYC but they couldn't get the part until after Labor Day, so I decided to buy a cheap phone from them instead. When I returned to Boston, I went to Willey's and he was able to find the part and fix my phone in a few hours. Turns out, it wasn't a problem with the charging port but a loose wire on the motherboard. Now my phone is working perfectly again. I highly recommend this store for prompt, reasonable, professional service. Thank you for a job well done Willey!"

"Horrible place horrible SCAM ARTIST Running the place. Brought my girlfriends Samsung Galaxy A32 in for screen repair and he replaced the screen and took a week longer than it was supposed gave phone back to us with a broken power button and broken ear mic. With ask him to fix this he kept our $100 and said yes in a week. He tries using used parts in front of us in store then gives back to us with back of phone not glued together. Legit in pieces. I'm taking him to small claims court seems out only option at this point. This place must be a front for drug or illegal sales of some kind because they're not fixing phones. STAY AWAY AT ALL COST reporting to BBB tomorrow !"

"Honestly you won't find a better repair place - Ken was an angel! My phone had massive sea water damage, and he popped it open for me, tried a new battery and a new screen to see if it was salvageable (it wasnt). I tried to pay for the time and effort he put in to testing my phone but he refused. Everywhere else was trying to charge $100-$200 to just check out the phone! Truly the best"
