Gave me a good estimate on when he could come to the house to work on it. Unfortunately the problem ended up not being as easy a fix as we first thought, but he was great in researching and explaining what he thought needed to be done. Gave honest and fair estimates on time it would take to fix, labor, and what work was necessary and what wasn't. Came back multiple times to make sure the job was done right & machine working as expected. It now starts on first pull! Dan was friendly, honest, knowledgeable and responsive -- highly recommend for any small engine repairs you need done."
