"When I called NE Drain on Saturday evening I was told they would send a person to clear the drain tomorrow in the morning. I was relieved after hearing no call back on Monday from another drain company. I used NE Drain this past fall and had a wonderful experience with Roy. I was very fortunate to have Roy again this time. He is professional arrived on time and did some education on scraping dishes before putting in the sink. He called after the drain in the kitchen sink was clear and my tenant was very happy after days of waiting for the sink to take several hours to drain.
