"Vance promised me an order for months. Week by week, I waited. Called him every few weeks with an update, which he never returned my calls unless I got him directly on the phone. Several times he told me “next week it’s coming”. It never came. I made one last call after 4 months of waiting and left a message asking him to call me or cancel the pending order. Guess again, he didn’t call back. Disorganized, doesn’t know his vendors or order schedule and is not good at communicating or getting back to customers. I spoke to a friend who experienced a similar situation as well, he was given an estimate to order, he ordered and Vance never called him back or completed the work."
