"We made an oppointment at 9:45 for at 1:30 pickup. Was told at 1:30 that they were 15 minutes away and had not yet arrived at 3:00 pm. When we called we were told that we if we had a problem he would just cancel the request and not come get our vehicle leaving us completely stranded due to the fact that our service department closes at 5 and isn't open on Sunday. He said his boss is at a wedding and that he was in charge and that he doesn't need our business because he has other people he can help. I literally asked him is this really how you do business. Your 2 hours late to pick someone up and because we were upset but not once did we raise our voice or curse he was just gonna cancel our tow. This is honestly the most unprofessional thing I have ever experienced. And he told me if his boss was around he would care either."
