"I drive for a living, so I see these troopers everyday. It’s funny that we get pulled over for going over the speed limit but yet the cops are allowed to go 90+ down the highway, while tailgating . What a joke the police are."
"My vehicle broke down on I-95 so I called to inform them and see if someone could check in on me. A tall Sergeant arrived a little while later and spoke with my father. He was very nice and polite, made sure we were ok and went on with his day. He told my father another trooper would come through to make sure everything was alright. While I was sitting on the side of the road alone after calling the station an employee, not sure if he was civilian staff or a Trooper, but he called me to check in on me. I really appreciated that since my day had gone so terrible prior to my vehicle breaking down."
"I have had some interaction with state troopers, these men and women who serve the state of Maine are true professionals. They exhibit courage and compassion on a daily basis."
"I called to report a state trooper speeding through a 35 MPH school zone going atleast 55. Called the SGT and was told school is out and we shouldn’t follow and it’s our faults. Got the trooper going 85 in a 55 as well. Sad we can’t rely on our public servants. Met great troopers. Unfortunately the ones I encountered today may have issues with being bullied from high school."
