"Went to Jimmy’s late in 2023 to repair the soles for pair of 15 year old Timberland Chukka’s. The shoes were a wreck and needed a lot of TLC. Jimmy’s did a great job with the repair. See pics for the before and after"

"OMG! I love this place they're just hard to get in touch with. I’ve used them several times for some of my expensive shoes that had worn out soles. They do suck r fantastic job and the quality was amazing, it’s like getting new shoes all over again. Their prices are affordable as well."

"I’m giving 2 starts because the repairs will make the items functional but the quality of the repair is poor and the cost is quite high. I had the heel caps replaced on a pair of boots - they’re crudely cut out and there’s damage to one of the heels. That was $40 dollars. $80 went to replace a zipper that was put in crooked - it’s a matter of time before it stops working. $40 for a simple repair on a shoulder strap that is ok but just a single thread that won’t hold any weight, and a new scrape in a different place of the strap.
