Reviews
"Great service. James was thorough, conscientious, very professional and did an excellent job reparing our bathroom."
"I called for a tech to come and review specs for a new toilet install to be sure it would it would fit and be compatible with the water supply valve location. Tech was a bit sketchy, I questioned the proposal sent and subsequently, found out the toilet I considered would not fit. Calling Arrowhead Plumbing, I asked for a refund of my fee because I was not satisfied. When you call, it's like a call center, no one accepts any responsibility nor would they provide me a managers name. Seconds after complaining, the tech called me from his cell and was demanding to know why I complained, was very aggressive, I asked he not contact me and said it was inappropriate. They guy called me 3 times within an hour, each time I called Arrowhead asking they provide me assistance to deal with their tech calling me directly and he made me feel uncomfortable and very unsafe, or I'd call the police. No one from management reached out - I called the POLICE and had to block the tech's phone number. BE WARNED!"
"Arrowhead Plumbing is the best in town! No need to call anyone else! And, most of the time they can get the job done in one trip because they show up with a huge truck full of every part imaginable. Even brand new hot water heaters on hand!"
"Unfortunately we had a very poor experience and were charged twice what the plumber quoted us when he arrived to scope out the job. Plumber James arrived at 8:30am to look at the job which was a leak under our sink caused by our garbage disposal. He suggested we replace the system due to some rust and said the job would take 2 hours. He explained that his rate is $150 per hour and that the parts would be roughly $150 so the job would be $450-$500, to which we agreed. He left to go to Home Depot (a 9 minute drive from our home) to buy the new garbage disposal and returned two hours later at 10:30am. He finished replacing the system one hour later and insistently charged us for 4 hours even though the total time was just 3 hours and it somehow took him 2 hours to shop for the new part, despite the store being less than 10 minutes away. Although we were quoted 2 hours and. $450 expense, we ended up paying $800 + the $100 initial fee for him to come out so spent $900 on this small project. Unfair and ridiculous. For comparison, another plumber did this same exact job and replaced our garbage disposal in November of 2019 and we paid $275 total for this service including the new garbage disposal and parts. Absolutely taken advantage of and very disappointed with our experience with Arrowhead."
"HORRIFIC. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. 5 months later & we're STILL waiting for an Arrowhead manager to reply to our dozen calls, several emails w/documentation and five plus calls w/their customer reps. Their "Plumber" Max engaged in ELDER ABUSE, bullying an 81 yr old, his client (our parent) into paying a FOUR figure fee for simple installations (faucet & dishwasher install) BEFORE he'd start. He threatened the elderly client demanding & extorting immediate payment. He then never completed the work, never installed the dishwasher he'd been paid THOUSANDS of dollars to install, and what he did do was SO shoddy that our kitchen flooded and the apartment below suffered extensive water damage. We were forced to call a plumber on EASTER for leaking in their unit. Most alarmingly throughout the process he insulted, abused and was unbelievably rude to the elderly client by phone, text and in person. In their home. Please let that sink in. THIS MAN ABUSED AN ELDERLY CLIENT IN THEIR HOME. We have proof and witnesses. We explained all of this to multiple ARROWHEAD "client service" reps on SEVERAL 45 min/calls requesting a manager and (the reps were horrified, sympathetic and one even texted his boss & skip level while we talked assuring us they'd call) but have still heard NOTHING from the company or leadership. Not even a courtesy "we're looking into this" call that you'd expect IMMEDIATELY when faced with such a shocking report. In addition to overpaying (we went w/Arrowhead b/c they ASSURED us they were inexpensive; we've now paid more than we've EVER paid for ANY plumbing job in FIFTY years) we've had to hire a new SET (yes, more than one) of plumbers and workmen for the emergency repairs, to fix what was done, and to finish the job the Arrowhead plumber didn't do. Our family, the entire building, the condo board, the plumbers/maintenance and anyone who's seen the situation is in total, utter shock. We CANNOT believe we have not heard a word from Arrowhead. They don't pick up their phone when we call now but clearly the very recent reviews here indicate they're still doing business. Or writing themselves positive reviews. You decide. In addition to being fraudulent what they have done is indecent, unethical, shameful and wrong. This service is NOT REPUTABLE. And they are DANGEROUS. PLEASE DO NOT USE THEM. Update July 2022: it gets worse and worse. Its July (this all started in March/April) we've now had FIVE plumber visits to fix the work of Arrowhead's plumber Max and had FOUR dishwashers put into the space. Apparently, the plumber from hell tapped into the neighbors electrical system vs. ours and he installed an outlet box IN the space (he brought an electrician with him initially) so that any appliance in that space juts out. Prior to his handiwork, the dishwashers we had in that space for 30+ years sat under and flush with the counter like they should. Now we have a dishwasher that juts out past the counter thanks to Max and Arrowhead. We, the building, the new plumbers and anyone that hears about this is in utter disbelief. We haven't heard a peep from Arrowhead."
