"There was so much to see and eat! The fair was crowded, and the animals are so cute to pet. You need comfy shoes to walk around to see all the fair had to offer."
"This is the oldest fair in America so we simply had to go! Very glad we got an early start because even on a Sunday it was SLAMMED. We should have parked at the FIRST parking lot that was sanctioned by the event and offered a trolly down the hill once you had parked. That one was $15 for the day. As it was just after that lot that the point of no return occurred. We drove down the hill, stop and start the whole way and 20 minutes later found a lot that still had spaces for $20. Walked from there about five minutes to the gate. Stood in line another five minutes and then into the event. Started with the largest pumpkin at the event (over 2000 pounds!) Worked our way through some pigs, goats, sheep, rabbits and cows then attended a horses pulling stuff contest before we got some food and ate in the shade. Went back to the horse pavilion but the scheduled event was late getting started so we ate some more then went to the pig races. Visited the honey pavilion and the fair history pavilion before we were tuckered out and desired to go home. Considering the crowd and traffic I think four hours was pretty good."
"Such a fun time! I went on a Friday night, and it wasn’t too busy. We did remote parking for $15 and took the shuttle in. Very efficient! The food was good and loved the different animals on display!"
"Wow! It's been 20 years since I've come to the fair! A lot has changed! Everything seems much more organized with parking and admissions. (Bag check and scanning tickets!) Enjoyed going late afternoon when it was busy but not crowded. Saw a bit of the rodeo, artworks, the pigs and cows, but came for the Clydesdale show. It was very short, 6 min. but caught the mini parade afterwards. Beware! Prices for food are very high! But the smells of all the fair favorites was just s good and less fattening. LoL!"
"I had a great time with my fiance. Lots and lots of different foods to choose from. Hell of a lot of rides and games. This fair is huge. They have the cutest bunnies. I've never seen rabbits like the ones they have. Super cute! I saw a lot of different things at this fair. Definitely go and check it out!!"
