Bob offered to let me use his trailer (and receiver) on my SUV, go back to my house to get my lawn tractor, bring it back to him and he fixed it in under 15 minutes! Brought the tractor back home and returned his trailer to him. All at an extremely reasonable rate! His generosity and kindness to a total stranger was above and beyond. I cannot thank him enough.
