"My wife's leased Subaru has roadside assistance from this company so we dropped AAA for this car. Big mistake. She came home from work by train early today because she was not feeling well. Her car was in the commuter rail parking lot and would not start. They told her it would be an hour. After an hour she called again. They said 13 minutes. Going on two hours later, and having gotten Subaru customer service involved, and they still are not there. These people, who don't even bother to answer their phone, should not have a contract with Subaru. I will be renewing AAA for my vehicle and will add her car to it as well. The only reason I gave them one star is because you have to do that to actually post a review. Addendum: When they finally arrived and jumped the battery, the driver was rude."

"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME - CANCEL YOUR SERVICE. Waited two and a half hours for them not to show up. Tried to get in contact with them several times with no answer, called my insurance company about the ETA, they couldn't get in hold of them and I ended up having to get another service called to unlock my car."

"The 22 one star reviews certainly scared me. I would truly give more like a little under 4 stars because it took slightly over 2 hours for assistance to come when it shouldn’t be more than 70 minutes, according to Ford Roadside Assistance. Though, New England Roadside is located about 1.5 hours away from my location. Perhaps the onus is on Ford for not having chosen the most efficient assistance company for my location. When the assistance came, it was very efficient and my car started operating again."

"If I could give them a zero, I would. Worst service I have ever seen in my life. Dispatcher was extremely rude and kept lying to me on the phone about an eta. After 2 1/2 hours I called another company and they showed up in 20 mins. While the other tow company was changing my tire, a run down blazer showed up. He started swearing at me because I called another company. I wouldn’t recommend them for anything. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!"

"The worst company ever. I waited 4 hours was only suppose to be 1 hour. Kept calling and they said 1/2 hour or they are right there. No show and then my insurance company called and said they cancelled it cause there tow truck broke. No calls to me and I had to keep calling them. I advise you never to use them"
