"We contacted Mulligan regarding our LG refrigerator that was not holding its temperature. They were very prompt - able to come out the same day. Unfortunately, that is where the positive ends. After just 10 minutes, the repair person diagnosed the problem - did not have enough refrigerant/leak somewhere. Charged us $140 for the 10 minutes, and said it would cost close to a thousand dollars for him to purchase the correct tools to make the repair, as it was a 'closed system.' We had to call a different company, who only charged $85 for the visit, and allowed us to deduct the $85 from their follow-up visit, during which time they replaced the compressor (not a leak). They did not need to purchase special tools, and all in the repair costs were $460 - not $1000+."

"My central air wasn't working so I called and left a message in the evening. I got a call back the next morning and was told they were very busy and that it would be a few days before they could take a look.On Friday morning the service man arrived and discovered that my compressor was shot. He explained that he could replace the compressor, but that my condensing unit was along in years and he suggested that it be replaced. I heard that this company has a good reputation so I asked if they could order one and how soon it could be replaced. He told me he may have one in stock and that I may have to wait until Tuesday since Monday was a holiday. I got a call back Friday and was informed that they may be able to fit me into their schedule for Saturday. I was thrilled when they called me Saturday morning to say they could get here in 30 minutes. Two very well-mannered service men arrived to do the repairs. I am very pleased with their performance and the results. I'm waiting for more hot weather so I can give the system a full test. I was assured that if there were any issues to call them back and let them know. I highly recommend this company for all types of repairs."
