"If I could give zero stars, I would. They are refusing to exchange a pair of shoes that I ordered for my daughter for Christmas. I got her the wrong size and they won’t let me return them or exchange them. I missed their ridiculous 30 day policy by one day due to this being a Christmas gift and they will not allow me to return or exchange a $110 pair of shoes that my daughter cannot wear. Every other company I’ve ordered from extends their return policy during the holidays. Unbelievable that they are refusing to accept an exchange even!"

"Awesome designer store, the shoppers have a good taste. To name some of the brands they have in store: Stussy, Marni, GANNI, Off-White, Maison Margiela, Proenza Schouler and Canada Goose. Customer service was not bad at least for me."

"Store: hip and trendy. If you’re looking for newly released sneakers, the likelihood you’ll find them there is slim to none. It definitely seems like they hook up the regulars you’re not getting anything coming off the street but that’s totally the sneaker industry back door sales. Employees : everybody was extremely nice, and the barista upstairs was amazing. She made a good mocha. but there is so much staff it’s not even funny you kind of feel like you’re being stared at as if you’re a thief or they’re just waiting to sell you something it’s also a smaller store so they feel like they’re standing in your back pocket. I highly recommend going in and taking a walk around. It’s definitely worth it."
