"everyone was very nice besides the lady with glasses. There is a sign that says if you don’t get your receipt you get a 5 dollar gift card. When we told her we wanted our gift cards she became extremely rude and told us no one takes it serious. FAKE ADVERTISING!"

"Luigi was so helpful, accommodating and prompt when we had to reschedule the date of our event for a birthday party. This is our 2nd year celebrating a birthday at the Hanover location. Last year the staff was friendly and the location was clean! We had a blast!"

"I absolutely love this place. We first went for my son's 9th birthday party with a few friends. They had so much fun bowling, and going to the little arcade they had, it was great. They also provided each kid with a $5 gift card even though it wasn't booked as a birthday party I booked it just as bowling but when they heard it was my son's birthday they gave each kid a gift card. They also were very helpful, kind friendly, and just a great family place to be. The guys working in the arcade were absolutely amazing I had a group of six nine-year-old boys who all had different amount of tickets and the guys made sure that all the kids were happy with what they got and the kids left extremely happy. Since then, I've already gone back there two times with friends, and I will go back many, many times"

"We’re participating in their Kids Bowl Free program for the summer and we love it! It’s an old building but it’s very clean inside. The staff are very friendly and helpful and the manager always makes sure everyone is having a good time. You can buy drinks (for kids and adults) and food onsite and there is also an arcade."
