"Norm gave me an estimate but never scheduled the job. I kept asking when he would be able to do the work, but all he said was, "I'm working on my schedule." I wish he was courteous enough to be honest and say he didn't want the job instead of just stringing me along. For someone as old as he was, it was a very unprofessional way of treating a customer. Luckily, I found another body shop who met his price and quickly scheduled and completed the work. Now my car looks new again, but no thanks to Norm! Maybe he needs to retire!"
