"I got my car inspected here 9/30/22 and was told that my driver side amber light was out when they handed the keys back. I brought my car to my dealership on 10/10 and they said the bulb and connector were missing. This is the only place that has touched my car in the last 6 months since my last oil change at the same dealership."

"I used to go to this gas station all the time. Then the skinny older man with glasses started working there and that was it for me! Have you ever been to a restaurant and had to wait for the waitress to take another tables order, bring them food, wait for them to eat, and cash them out before you ever got even got greeted? No? Me neither. Unfortunately that's how the old man pumps gas at Tom's. He starts pumping one car then cashes them out before ever starting another car. There's no such thing as multitasking with this guy. What a waste of time."

"Makes up issues with your car so he can repair it. Took my wife’s truck in said the ball joint was bad, he said come back and I’ll fix it for you no problem. I jacked up the car my self checked the ball joints then had another mechanic check the ball joints and they were fine. Next year (same ball joints) passed no issues. Few months later failed my truck for headlight angles and said for a small fee I can adjust them for you (I’ve had the truck since new never any issues) then I adjusted them went back and failed me again went down route 58 to the next inspection station I saw and got a sticker no problem"
