"Reinstalled 2 subpumps, 1 year ago, because of a failure. Found out this week that one of the pumps installed was a 2015 model. 7 years old. Called, spoke to Pam, she said John would call, no response . Also, they installed the pipes with check values that just recycled the water back into the well. Glad I had it checked by the company that installed in it 2005. Unfortunately, we have been with this company for many years with many services done. This is very disappointing and even though the service man did the work ,the company is still responsible."

"The tech came out for a quote fairly quickly, which was the most positive part of my interaction with this company. I was charged a $49 dispatch fee which I initially felt was fair. However, when the tech came out, he gave me extremely high estimates--$265 for a faucet replacement! Up to $8000 for a hot water tank! He came out on Friday and said he would email me quotes by Saturday. It's been a week and a half and I still have not received the email."
