"I needed an inspection sticker and didn't want to drive around looking for a place that does them, so I brought my car to DiBacco service center for an inspection sticker. They were very nice and knowledgeable about questions that I had about my vehicle. I have a BMW 318i series. A lot of places do not work on foreign cars. They will be my go to shop for inspection stickers and any mechanical issues that I have in the future. They are conveniently located on rantoul Street. Thank you so much!"

"Had my 2001 BMW 330CI serviced at DiBacco's last week. Actually had it towed in from New Hampshire. I called ahead and they were very courteous and told me not to worry my car would be in good hands. They got right on fixing the problem, it was the serpentine belt. They had the car fixed and ready for pickup the next morning. The Owner himself came out of the shop explained everything in terms I could understand and the car is running like a dream ever since. "This review pains me. Been going to DiBacco's for about 6 or 7 years now for several vehicles. In the past (2 years or more plus) I always got great, fast service, at a great rate. Then something happened. Every time we brought our vehicles in, it seemed like more and more things went wrong. Nothing too specific but was often enough to make us notice it... My wife stopped wanting her car to go there, thats how bad it got, but because of the history and convenience to my office, I kept going, but also kept noticing. When things REALLY went down hill was over a tire. I DROVE my wife's vehicle to the shop with a slow leak in the tire, after about a day or two I kept needing to put more air in it. They contacted me it was ready and after work I went to pick it up, the tire had a MASSIVE gash in it... The girl at the front desk said it wasnt her fault and I honestly lost it on her. Turns out it was the owners daughter. He did fix the tire but acted like he was doing me a huge favor, and I apologized for my behavior. We are long time customers whatever... Kept going there, and things kept happening to our vehicles, bring it in for something small and thousands of dollars later get it back. This last time I brought in my Land Rover, and it needed brakes. Which I knew and was why I brought it in. They also said my sway bar snapped and that needed to be fixed as well. I brought it to another place and turns out... sway bars are fine... I wont be going back."
"It was my first time ever getting my own inspection sticker and every step that I could mess up I did (forgetting to bring in my registration, searching for so long for said registration in my car, leaving my phone in my car and having to go back in to have them unlock it) but they were SO nice throughout the whole process and I ended up not feeling as stupid as I was definitely acting. Just a really nice interaction in an experience that I made myself anxious about!"
