"Do not go! Not worth the money. It was short with only animatronics. There are so many other things to do around the area that are way better that is worth your time and money. Don’t let their website deceive you. Tourist trap!"

"No actors and a bit on the short side, but they do pack a lot into a small space. A good intermediate step for those who are too scared for the more intense houses. Also a fun add on if you do a combo with the International Monster Museum."

"Extremely rude people working there. The lady in glasses couldn’t even keep to herself how annoyed she was by the job gets paid for. She was annoyed by a kid crying in the store, and was showing attitude to everyone else. I get it, it’s Salem during Halloween, but , lady, be sure that every parent is going to ask how scary it is for kids to go into a haunted house. other woman next to her, I assume she works there since she was behind the counter, absolutely no emotions, I’m sort of concerned about her, she just had a smirk on her face the whole and wasn’t even looking at me when I was talking to her. Only at the end another girl with short hair came out, who would acknowledge people standing there and was helping them."

"Coming from a total chicken when it comes to haunted houses, this one was awesome. I absolutely recommend this place. It definitely has the jump scare factor. My only problem is I was by myself. I found myself talking back to these objects. Every turn brought more fun and fear that elevated my love of horror. Absolutely check this place out."
