"They came on time and were more than accommodating. They provided an explanation of why my bathroom sink faucet wasn’t working properly. I had the faucets schematic book and they located the part to be ordered. I also suspected my shower was closed to having an issue with dripping as well. They took apart tightened and showed me that the plastic handle was cracked and replaced with a solid metal one. Once the parts arrive for the sink faucet they will be back. They were also very friendly."
