Aside from the fitness aspect, the culture of the studio is welcoming, friendly and 100% non-judgemental. Coaches & members are always positive and encouraging. The camps start on time, end on time and I especially love that I don't have to put one second of thought into the workout because it is laid out concisely upon entering the studio. "Amazing gym with great trainers/instructors. Workouts are never the same and they push you all the way through the workout. All the staff are very knowledgeable and will assist you with any exercise you may be having problems with. The childcare is great and the staff that work there are amazing as well. If you are looking for a gym that will make you sweat and burn the calories in under an hour then this is the perfect gym for you."
