"I don't review much but I have to give the highest 5 star review to the Geek Squad here. Briefly: Dropped my 6 month old laptop bought at Best Buy, broke hinge. They told me that it wasnt under warranty since I dropped it and would take 2-3 weeks to assess and fix, with $89 initial cost and more later if needed. I got it back in one week and was refunded the $89 since they said it wasn't a big deal and considered it under warranty. Good as new. Exceeded expectations big time!!! Certainly much better than MicroCenter Cambridge, where I took the same laptop, and they said it would be minimum $300 for labor only. Go here, not there!"
