He is also one of the assistant plumbing inspectors for the town which means you know it will be done right from the beginning. Kate the office manager is super quick to respond to emails! I have also worked with Alex and Dean, both of which were highly professional, got the job done quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. They bring the value when it comes to getting the job done and were absolutely worth working with on my commercial job. I will be working with them again for a bathroom project at my house next! "My mother had an emergency situation with her kitchen faucet this morning. Mark, the owner of Compass Plumbing and Heating was at my Mothers condo within a half an hour to rectify the situation. He then had 2 Compass Plumbing and Heating team members there a hour later to install a brand new faucet. They were extremely professional and took very good care of my Mother who is very nervous at the time. I highly recommend them. ."
