"This company is terrible as everyone else has said I have them through AAA they never showed up. I tried calling AAA tried calling twice they never picked up terrible business. Don’t know how AAA still has a contract with them."

Company voicemail doesn't accept calls so you cant verify service and expected time of arrival. Call canceled and new company contacted to get car. Frustrating to say the least"

"Roadside assist requested via USAA, Rodz Towing dispatched, texted in minutes when truck was in route with link showing truck location. Angel arrived in approx. 30min vs the estimated system generated est. of 1.5-2hrs. Angel called upon arrival to the location to see exactly where I was, loaded the vehicle, and off we went to the shop. Very personable and good conversation all of the way there. Unloaded vehicle, handshake with a smile, while looking me square in the eye. Don’t hesitate to call Rodz if you need a tow. Semper Fi!"

"Driver towed my car to the wrong address, never contacted me just left it with the keys in it. I called them 2 hrs later to find out where it was & got hung up on. Called back & demanded answers, was told the driver was coming back to “help me find my car” … again was never contacted. I called back again an hr later, he said I just left it’s there… NO it was not. It was 5 buildings away. I asked them to come back & move it to the correct address, got hung up on again. It’s still sitting at the wrong address. Customer service skills SUCK! I wouldn’t recommend using this company EVER! You’re better off pushing your car home yourself, at least it’ll get there!!"
