I showed up without an appointment, and Patrick was convinced it was just a cleaning - he did it in about a minute of time and didn't charge. The port now works, and I'm very satisfied. I also saw him interact with two customers in front of me, and he seemed to exhibit a lot of patience (took a call from the customer's relative, who wanted to explain the device's problem) and seems knowledgeable and service-oriented. I noticed that he didn't seem to have a salesman-first personality, which may rub some people the wrong way (from reviews), but I frankly find that more trustworthy."
