Subaru Express Service

"Really bab experience in this dealership, first the never have appointments available and when they do is 2 weeks wait. I took my car after waiting 2 weeks and they fixing it under warranty., and they told me it takes 4 days at least, they didn’t provide a car loaner or anything so now I’m just win no car and my car has only 14k miles unacceptable"

"Good service, nice people, but very understaffed. It's impossible to reach the service center over the phone. The service counter intake always has a huge line waiting. Meanwhile, there are always multiple valets standing around looking bored. Why not train some of them to hop on the computer when it's busy? I had an appointment, was 3rd in line, and had to wait for 25 minutes to speak to someone at the service desk. Downgraded to 3 stars because the guy told me it was fine to pick up my car the next morning. When the same guy called me in the afternoon, he made it clear it was Not Fine for me to pick it up the next morning because they had limited parking. Why lie to me in the morning then?"

"Don’t bother ever coming here. Recently went to the “drive in” express oil change service and was told there was a 2 day wait. This place is a joke. I would have scheduled something in advance. Why specially call something drive up or express if there is a two day wait."

"They do a good job at a fair price but "Express" it is not. Always a long wait or no availability at various dealers. If they want to compete with Valvoline and Jiffy Lube, this isn't the way to do it."

"The front desk crew is always friendly and the service crew really makes an effort to put "Express" in Subaru Express Service. Had my tire patched and my key batteries replaced with multiple people ahead of me in just 50 minutes. I never worry about getting work done because they're always so quick about it!"
