"It was about 8:30 pm when I called to request service to clear a clog in the pipe leading from my house to the septic system. The night operator who answered the phone was prompt, professional, and told me that a tech would call me back soon. When I had not received a call back by 8:30 am the next morning, I called again. The daytime person who answered the phone was also prompt, professional, and told me that a tech would call me back soon. Finally, mid-day, the tech called and wanted me to check my septic tank to be sure the problem was a clog in the drain and not a full septic tank. When I told him I was 100% sure the problem was a drain clog and not a full septic tank, he said he would not be able to get to my house until around 4 pm. Having by that point gone almost a full day without being able to flush a toilet or drain a sink, I called another company. That other company responded quickly and cleared out the clog long before the tech from Dennis Diffley Drain Service would have arrived (and they charged me less). I called Dennis Diffley Drain Service back to cancel their service call. The person who answered the phone was polite and apologized."

"Had an emergency service visit to diagnose a low pressure sewer line pump issue. Christian arrived very quickly and made short order of the diagnosis, called the right folks to fix it and it was resolved within a few hours."

"This company is the definition of unprofessional and incompetent. About a month ago, I called requesting some basic services (riser installation and a pump out). The receptionist said a technician would call me. This never happened. I called three times over the next three weeks requesting the same services. Again, I was told someone would call to schedule service. Finally, I called a fourth time and finally I was able to get a technician scheduled for a date and time. Well, on that date and time the technician calls and cancels and asks to reschedule. I agreed to reschedule for two days later. Well, that new date and time comes and goes and they're a no show. I called the main number and they seemed (yet again) to have no idea who I was or what services I was seeking (I must have given them my name, number, and address a dozen times). The only reason I persisted in trying to use Diffley & Sons was because the previous home owner used them. I figured they knew the property and that this would be relatively hassle free. Big mistake on my part. After all was said and done, this company did nothing but waste my time (including two re-arranged work days so I could be home when they were supposed to come by). Please, I highly recommend finding another service to assist you. This company is just utterly unprofessional and not worth your valuable time. Thank you."

"Bought a property in February had one rain storm and now dealing with a sink hole they came out two days after just to fill it with dirt and walk away knowing that around the sink hole there was soft edges, from the pressure of that dirt made another yet a BIGGER SINK HOLE now I called them back the day of there unprofessional job I get "they didn't have the right equipment " bullcrap knowing I have a CHILD AND A DOG any company would had found this a hazard and came out again right away, my last but fair warning with this company I called yet again and demand the right job be done. Worked long into the night in 18 degree temps. Pricing was very reasonable for the work they put in.
