"I wanted to like this place so bad but the red flags being thrown by Eric and Marla were terrible. I went in looking for a van that I had found online. It looked great but needed some brake work and was stuck in the garage due to another car breaking down. I was told it would be ready in a week. 1 week goes by and nothing had changed. Still hadent been to the shop. I was leaving on vacation and was assured it would be ready for me the following Friday. I called the Thursday before and was told by Eric that everything was good to go and to call the next morning at 9. So I did. I spoke with Marla. She said the van was ready but it needed an inspection. What? they had almost 3 weeks to get it done and I was told the night before that it was ready. I was annoyed but gave them one more chance. Eric then calls and tells me he's hesitant to sell it to me because there is an issue with the rear air. I had to ask him 4 times if he had known about that issue when we had talked the day before. He beat around the bush and gave me every excuse in the world, his 80 year old father didn't know what he was talking about, one of the guys said it was messed up, he wanted to put his hands on the situation were all excuses he gave me, before finally admitting that he had forgotten. This was the last straw. So unprofessional. The lying and excuses were more than I could take. But again Eric promised me that as soon as it was ready I'd have first refusal and he'd call me personally. I just checked today and it's listed on their website. I haven't recieved a call or email giving me first refusal so looks like they told another lie to shut me up. They kept telling me how they were short staffed, but if they run things like that, it's easy to understand why they can't keep help. Edited to add this. Upon seeing the review posted, Eric called and verbally attacked me for posting a negative review online. Talking over me and steemrolling the conversation with insults. Instead of trying to fix the situation, he tells me that I must not be a nice person, and that I must have issues with other people. Wrong, only lying salesmen. He then proceeds to tell me that the reason he didn't call is because he lost my number. That I had given him at least 3 times. he tells me it's because he wrote it on a tiny piece of paper and lost it. Not very professional if you ask me."
"Autobarn is a great place to purchase a vehicle. Most have high mileage but they are all hand selected and in great shape. Paperwork is easy compared to big dealerships and you get a home baked pie. Highly recommend them."
"If I could give more than 5 stars, I would! I recently bought a truck here, my first time financing a vehicle. Eric walked me through everything step by step and helped guide me through the process. I am SO GLAD I bought my GMC Sierra here instead of another dealership. I felt completely comfortable. And to top it all of they made me the best apple pie I’ve ever had!!! Thank you auto barn!!!! Review from ginger and Steve :)"
"Honest, friendly, and comprehensive people from beginning to end. They worked with me to give me a fair amount for my trade-in, even though it was high-mileage and needed some work. They worked with me again to lower the sales price of the vehicle (a beautiful 2007 Chevrolet Trailblazer with only 84K miles!) to work with my budget constraints. They were very understanding of my lender's requirements of the vehicle, and gave me all the time I needed to test-drive and bring the vehicle to a mechanic for a second opinion. The paperwork and sale took all of 30 minutes or so. Much better than my last vehicle purchase from another dealer (5+ hours, very stressful and dishonest tactics). To top it all off, they baked us an amazing apple pie! I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a low-mileage, excellent condition vehicle!"
"Bought car there. They fixed all things that were wrong. Car still running well. The best thing - when you buy a car, you will get a pie!"
