"I had my car inspected here one year ago and had a good experience. So I came back. Something has changed here -- for the worse. I waited two plus hours for an oil change and inspection. Unfortunately, the state software for inspections went down. Not Benson's fault. What is their fault is the total devaluation of my time. It was only bc Inwent to the front desk at the two hour mark that they *started* the oil change. Absolutely no respect for their customer's time. There are lots of places to get one's inspection done -- go there. I haven't had real car work done here but my customer service experience at Benson's suggests your time and need for your car back won't be prioritized at Benson's."
