"Only reason I'm giving two stars is because the guy I worked with was pretty funny. Other than some charisma, I ended a lot of our phone calls frustrated. "It'll be ready Friday" great! "It'll be ready next Wednesday" ok, fine, just in time for Thanksgiving. "It'll be ready next Friday." Then why was I told last Friday? "It'll be ready Monday." Then I picked it up Monday. Its fine that my repair needed some time, but don't tell me its going to be ready if its not going to be ready! Three times they changed their answers! They also asked me for the check from my insurance twice when I had already given it to them when I first dropped off the car. All the stuff that was in my car was jammed into a cardboard box and taped up in the trunk as well. Not a lot of stuff but definitely cramped in a box. I don't have an issue with my stuff being put in the trunk but I thought I'd share the whole experience. My car came back nice and clean too."

From the moment I contacted them to completion of the task they were excellent to deal with. They kept us updated with emails and finished exactly on time. The work was perfect. "I dropped my truck off with no issues besides there key drop off box that doesn’t lock real secure. but the real issue was when I went to pick up my truck and when I got there my truck has more damage done to it then what I had originally dropped it off for. when I confronted them about the damage they caused they said the could fix it for more money. more money yea ok NO you are going to fix the damage you caused for free which did not happen by the way they tried to charge me. Needless to say I picked up my truck and am not happy with the service of the work done I know need to bring it somewhere else I would not recommend to anyone"

"Excellent work. Honesty, integrity, and go above and beyond with their consistently great work and service. Tried like hell to help with rental and insurance claim but I, personally, got screwed on both. Commerce/ mapfre sucks by every definition of the word and did not know any money was coming out of my pocket ($700+full car rental price for almost two weeks when they insisted I would get their company discount with hertz).
