"Was charged for a service that I never asked for. When I went to pick up my sleds they said they are where you left them and they were not had to drive though 6” of snow though the field to get them which no one helps with and then to find they parked the snowmobiles on top of the tie downs. When I went back in the last thing the lady said was “ well you don’t need to come back here” nor will I ever. The worst costumer service I have ever dealt with and I even bought the sled from there and they sucked through that process."

The only thing they apparently know how to do is look up parts for the machines they sell, they can't be bothered to try to match up something you bring in, not so much as a bolt or an o-ring so don't waste your time there. I will never return to buy any of their overpriced equipment."

"This place is fantastic. First off, they were the ONLY place I could find that had the Kohler part I needed. They pulled the part and had it ready for me so that I could get in and out quickly. Secondly, they had a huge collection of mowers, tractors, and RZRs in stock. I had some questions, and the salesperson was so kind. He answered my questions and wasn't pushy at all. When I'm ready to buy or need more parts, I will definitely head out to their place and would recommend others to do the same."
