"The Air & Water Quality plumber was professional and on time. He addressed the repair quickly and finished the work in short time. The work looks solid. I asked him to show me how to shut off and to re-pressurize the system and to show me how to install a new bulb. The new unit gave him some trouble which he quickly resolved with a phone call, and then he explained to me that the product has a small issue with plugging the bulb unit contacts into the power supply. He explained the best way to handle that when it's time to change the bulb again. He cleaned up everything, provided the owner's manual and a bacteria test."
